Barry was flexible and responded appropriately. However, the tire maintenance was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, if I have the opportunity, I would like to rent his car again in the future.

Barry’s X5 was fantastic for our trip with a baby to Oahu. Pick up and drop off was easy with a quick shuttle to and from the airport (in the vehicle, so no reloading bags). The car was very clean and fun to drive as well!
